We select only the finest fish and before shipping each order is individually packed and placed in our "Pro-Pak" refrigerated containers. This assures that fresh products arrive fresh and sea frozen products arrive frozen. We have Yellowfin (Ahi) Tuna, Chilean Sea Bass, Amberjack, Mahi-Mahi, Red or Black Grouper, and a variety of Gulf Snapper available in season. We also have limited supplies of more exotic species such as Triggerfish, Vermillion Snapper and Red Gulf Porgys. E-mail us for availability if you would like to try these fish.
We ship a extensive line of shellfish products that includes lobster tails from the Florida Keys and Caribbean, clams from Cedar Key, "Wild" gulf shrimp and Stone Crab claws from local gulf boats. Stone crab season runs from October 15th until May 15th and lobster season begins in early August and runs through March. We have a variety of Wild shrimp products available throughout the year in all popular sizes. As with all of our seafood you can be assured that you are receiving the finest quality at a fair market price.
We offer a number of seafood specialty products. We carry all sizes of "heads-off" Shrimp and a number of peeled and deveined shrimp products. We also have Shrimp pieces (peeled and deveined), cooked shrimp and a variety of other
prepared products. Finally, we have alligator, conch, frog legs and softshell crab for those who enjoy the more exotic. In addition, we carry a selected few off-the-shelf products to make your cooking or dining experience more enjoyable.
